At The Relationship Centre, you will provide individual and couples therapy to motivated clients in a collaborative and supportive environment.  You will focus on the work you love, PROVIDING THERAPY, and the practice will take care of the rest.  You will have the freedom, flexibility, and autonomy to create a schedule that works for you and to work with the clients and issues you find most fulfilling.  

As a Therapist on our team, you will be paid well, appreciated for your skills and talents, and valued as an important member of our team.  You will have the opportunity to engage in weekly Therapy Consult Groups to give and receive clinical support.  You will be part of a practice that is on a mission to be the leading mental health therapy practice in our community and to be a part of the only practice between Toronto and Ottawa where our entire therapy team is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and our work is trauma and attachment theory informed.  This is a special place to work and we are looking for therapists who share our values and vision.

We have several team members who live outside of our area, but they travel to Belleville and provide 2-3 days of in-person sessions and then travel back home to provide some additional virtual sessions from their homes.  So don't let distance stop you if this feels like the next professional step in your career.  And if you live in the area, that makes it even easier.

This is an Independent Contractor position with the opportunity to build a full or part-time caseload.  We have amazing clients and an exceptional team.

REQUIREMENTS

• MSW with registration with OCSWSSW
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Clear Criminal Reference Check
• Competence in providing therapy
• Willingness to learn and practice EFT Couples Therapy
• A strong desire to grow with our practice and develop clinical excellence as a therapist
