We are looking for a bilingual (French/English)  mental health professional to fill many positions available.

Social Worker  ; Mental Health COUNSELLOR; Psychotherapist

We are looking for professionnal to provide  individual and/or group assessment, therapy, and intervention services to adult, youth and  children clients; family and couple, etc.

Many  full-time and part-time permanent positions - until 35 hours/week

Location: Hamilton or Welland

Annual salary: $59, 586 - $ 71,790 $ (Bachelor’s degree); $ 63,063 $ - 75,979 $ (Master’s degree) Excellent benefits

Requirement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work, counselling or other university degree relevant to the practice of counselling and psychotherapy from a recognized institution
• Member in good standing of a Professional College (OCSWSSW or CRPO ) or in process of registration
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience, recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Excellent knowledge of oral and written French and English
• Experience and practice in counselling and/or psychotherapy (an asset)
• In-depth understanding of mental health issues
• In-depth knowledge of psychosocial assessment and counseling techniques (an asset)
• Ability to handle crises effectively
• Knowledgeable on the mental health community resources available
• ​Commitment to working co-operatively with clients and members of the interdisciplinary team
• Openness to the customs and habits of other cultures
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and ability to use basic computer software
