Prime Management Group Inc. is pleased to be partnering with Craigwood Children, Youth and Family Services in the recruitment effort of a progressive, values based, results oriented Director of Services to join their dynamic team.  This empowering leader will work with a high level of cultural humility to assist in the development of impactful strategic plans and programs to position the agency for ongoing success.

Reporting to the Executive Director, and as a critical member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Services will provide innovative, thought-provoking, and superior mental health leadership to support the overall growth, sustainability, and service delivery models across the agency’s Intensive and Community-based services, and Out-of-Home Division.

As an emotionally intelligent, gracious, and visionary leader, the successful candidate will define the service culture of the agency through superior clinical, program, and engaging staff leadership; evidence-informed practice and policy development; collaborative relationship management; as well as meeting all licensing, regulatory, contractual, performance, and accreditation standards.

Through the creation of a culture based on ethical standards, key values, and a shared vision, this successful clinical leader will facilitate and promote a high level of collaboration and learning, to drive impactful strategic change which builds upon Craigwood’s reputation as a leader in their field of developing programs and services which assist young people to fully develop their potential.

The successful candidate is a forward-thinking, regulated clinical professional with a Master’s degree in Social Work or other relevant Master’s level discipline, with extensive demonstrated problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership, clinical, organization, and communication skills. As a courageous and influential leader, the candidate will possess 5-10 years of proven experience successfully motivating and engaging teams to create diverse and inclusive employment and client experiences.  

This proven leader will have 5-10 years of experience in Clinical Program and Business Development, deployment, and management in intensive (residential) or community based mental health services, with 3 years of clinical management within ministry funded organizations. The successful candidate will embody the capacity to think creatively, and critically, which will be foundational to building credibility in this role, as will a passion for building strong community collaborations to facilitate organizational objectives.  Ideally, this candidate will have worked in a

 

government licensed setting or a unionized environment. Proven Grant/Proposal Writing, and Community Based -Clinical program development experience will also be key success factors to this position.
