Community Services Manager

START DATE:  Anticipated November 2021

HOURS:  40-hour non-structured workweek 

SALARY:  $74,401.60 annually, plus comprehensive benefits package

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Community Services Manager provides effective leadership and management in the development, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of agency programming across six counties.  The Community Services Manager ensures all programs support the goals and objectives of the agency and align with its mission, vision, values, and principles.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Counselling / Psychology.  MSW or equivalent.   The successful candidate must be currently registered with a related professional college.

REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will have Management experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with at-risk youth, as well as strong counselling and clinical skills with children and adolescents.  The candidate will have the ability to develop, implement and evaluate therapeutic programs for children and adolescents, and be able to work within a multi-disciplinary team model.  They will have a strong aptitude for problem solving, using excellent oral and written communication and exceptional interpersonal skills. They will have the ability to build strong, trusting relationships, both with staff and external partners.  A demonstrated high level of accountability and sensitivity for confidential information is essential for this position.  Opportunities for remote work available.
