Social Worker - Child protection: 1 yr experience req, all other specialities: 2 yrs experience req

Leading Out is searching for Social Workers who want the adventure of a lifetime! You can move to one of the best countries (and cities, Melbourne!) in the world permenantly or simply stay for a year or two and then return home. We simply need people who care. After interviewing and being accepted, we help guide you through each step of the process moving your life across the world.  

Applicants will receive the following remuneration:

• Base salary of ~$85,000/year. Ceiling is ~$130,000/year
• 9% Superannuation/year, which can be claimed if the SW does not retire in Australia
• Work will be located in and around Melbourne Australia (consistently ranked the most livable city in the world)
• For outstanding candidates, relocation allowances may be provided, such as flights, initial housing, etc.
• Visa sponsorship for the applicant and their family

There are short term (~6 weeks), long term and permanent contracts

4 year Social Work degree 
1+ years of experience in: Family services, Child protection, Aged, Disability, Mental health, Alcohol and drug, Housing or homeless 

If ineligible for "Working Holiday Visa" and require sponsorship, you must have the following:
4 year Social Work degree 
2+ years of experience in Child protection 
Cannot be over the age of 50
